How to mix prints
Print mixing should look unintentional, but there has to be a plan behind it to really make it work. One can’t take any 2 or 3 prints to mix, the prints needs to have something in common. Here’s some print mixing I’ve done.
Picture are from a few years ago and taken by my friend Kari, we had a lot of fun doing photo shoots. When this pandemic is over I hope we can take this up again. I also would like to get back to this weight. I have a lot of nice clothes waiting for me to come back.
I’m super picky when it comes to prints, and currently in my wardrobe I don’t have much. I’m not a floral girl unless the flowers has a more abstract and pointy shape. Those kind of prints are not easy to find. When I do find prints I love, they do get a lot of wear, like this patterned dress in these pictures.
What is your favorite print?
